We’re not here to hand out five stars like Halloween candy, or nuke a place online because the server forgot the ranch.
What you’ll find here is different.
Around here, a business isn’t just a name on a sign. It’s the roofer who still climbs a ladder at 60. It’s the farm family running on black coffee and stubbornness. It’s the barista who already knows your order before you shuffle in looking half-awake. It’s Main Street itself, trying to hang on while the big box stores circle like vultures.
Some stories will be reviews — but told my way. Honest, sarcastic, and human. Others will be about the folks behind the counter or the history baked into the bricks of a building. And sometimes, yeah, we’ll just wander down Main Street and see who’s still standing.
