Tamales Tonight is Back (AKA Marks Best Tamales)— Smaller Scale, Same Big Flavor
I’m back in the tamale game — but this time, it’s just me. No markets. No employees. No storefronts. Just fresh tamales, delivered locally. Real masa. Real meat. Real good.
After a few years off, and more than a few folks asking if I’d ever fire up the tamale steamers again…
Well, here we are.
Yep — I’m back.
But this time, it’s simpler.
No markets. No storefronts. No staff.
Just me, a few burners, and a system I’ve spent years perfecting.
(The Boss has officially retired from tamale duty. I’m flying solo.)
What’s Available:
• Pork or Chicken Tamales
• Sold in frozen 4-packs – $7 each
• Or $18 for a dozen (3 packs)
2 Dozen or more - $15 dozen
• Each pack includes a microwave-ready steamer bag
(Add a splash of water, fold it over, heat — done.)
Same flavor, same recipes, same quality.
If you know, you know.

And yes — I’m still happy to swing by your office or shop with hot samples if you and your crew want to try before placing a full order.
Quick Note on Kits
Some of you followed along as I tested out tamale kits. That project’s on pause for now. Right now, my focus is keeping things simple — making tamales myself, fresh, consistent, and ready for your freezer or microwave.
Thanks again to everyone who's reached out, shared a post, or just said,
"Man, I missed these."
Let’s make it a good tamale season.
— Mark
